Reviews: Full Body Cleanse

This cleanse was great overall. It gave me lots of energy - I shot out of my bed like a canon every morning instead of my usual sluggish routine. I felt energized and positive all day long. It caused frequent but brief and interesting-looking bowel movements. I know I'm not the only one that looks! No problem there. I felt really "clean" internally. There were no natural body "fragrances" during the cleanse, either. My mind was clear and my mood was upbeat throughout the cleanse. I even ordered the children's version for my daughter. Unfortunately, we weren't able to administer the cleanse as suggested due to her busy summer schedule but we'll try again with a new cleanse soon. Like many, I was really hoping to lose lots of waste and therefore weight during this cleanse. I dropped about eight pounds but to be truthful, I probably could've dropped more had I followed the necessary raw diet a bit more closely. I ate completely raw by the second half of the cleanse. I took the Weight Release Cleanse about three weeks afterwards, I stuck to the raw diet a little better with it and saw a bit more weight loss. After the two cleanses, I could definitely see myself being a vegan as any desire for meat, sweets and processed foods had vanished. Unfortunately, only one month or so later, the cravings have reappeared and I find myself eating meat again other not-so-good-for-you foods and none of the salads, veggies and fresh smoothies I enjoyed during the cleanse. I want to get back on track so I plan to try another of the offered cleanses soon. I'll definitely try the Full Body Cleanse again as I enjoyed the positive feelings, the mental clarity and all of the energy it provided. I'll likely order it again just before the holidays. I tried the 20 day full body cleanse.I only lost 5 lbs. This was very disappointing to me. The products are expensive. I contacted Dherbs via email, unfortunately reached no resolution. The Dherbs member stated it works differently for each individual. The 20 day cleanse consisted of 30 pills a day, personally it was a bit much. *

I have no way of knowing whether or not it benefited me. I noticed no difference in the way I felt, in my energy levels or in my weight. I'm not saying it did nothing, but I didn't notice anything. I could have used the money I spent on it, though. *

I'm a little disappointed this time. This is my second time doing the cleanse, the first time I did the cleanse it was 3 years ago and I had great releases if you know what I mean which gave me weight loss. This time I'm not sure what happened, this time I only had 2 releases out of 20 days with following what I can and cannot eat. *

Unfortunately, I was only able to take these supplements for 4 days; that's when I started feeling nauseous, dizzy and weak. I followed the raw diet exactly as described, drank a TON of water, but I had a horrible aftertaste after each dose of pills and overall, it did not sit well with me. Only thing I was surprised with was that the bathroom issues everyone was concerned with (including myself) was not an issue at all. I wish I could have continued, but I could not function and was very ill taking these. Waste of money for me :( *

The Full Body Detox while being expensive was very effective. I noticed results immediately and recommend it to everyone who is conscious of the need to cleanse regularly. *

I am on my last week of the Full Body Detox and I must say I have noticed a big change in the amount of energy that I have. I take the stairs instead of the elevator at work now, and I've noticed that things dont bother me as much. With all the issues I have going on at work, my attitude has been very positive and I believe it has everything to do with the FBD. Thank you, DHERBS!! *

I can't really give the product stars yet, but my sister really said positive things about it. I didn't know when I got it that it was a liquid form, taking 5 pills at one time made me gag. I couldn't continue on. I will order the liquid form and try it. *

I can't give 5 stars as of yet because I am only on day 5 of the cleanse. I will say though that I have been getting cleaned and it is amazing. I lost 5lbs already. started at 175.6 and day 5 I am 170.3. I feel great although I am sleepy often during the day I know some people say they have lots of energy I guess I just havent gotten there yet I also have a desk job so that may be the issue as well. Raw foods isn't that bad either. So far I have had success. I hope to do two back to back *fingers crossed* *
