I just ended my 21 day detox and feel wonderful. My energy level has increased and I've lost 14 lbs. and several inches. I have recommended this to several of my friends and I plan to do it again in a few months. The hardest part was drinking the charcoal mix at bedtime. *

After listening to Alfredas on the Russ Parr morning show, I thought this might be a good thing to try. I listened to her blog for 2 weeks, went online & read ALL of the reviews. Ordered the full body detox and started while on vacation on 5/27. I thought it was gong to be a huge challenge and that I would be hungry, NOT! I had more energy, my skin looks great, no more headaches and I've lost 15 pounds and 4 inches, and completed my 3 weeks on 6/17 feeling the best I've felt in a long time. I recommend the full body detox to anyone who will listen. I still eat fruit for breakfast and veggies for lunch. Now I'm going to see what else I use to help me stay healthy and loose a few more pounds. Who knew getting healthy could be so easy. Be Blessed :) Pamela *

I just finished my full body detox on 6/22/08. This product was absolutely wonderful. I experienced not only a physical detoxification, but also a spiritual and mental one as well. I have noticed so many changes physically and mentally: I have more energy, I have lost at least 10 lbs, my skin is clearer, my memory improved, I have so much more clarity in my life, I still have no desire to eat chicken or fish and I feel absolutely great. I look forward to trying other products and will do the FBD again in 6 months. Everyone should experience a detox like this one. *

I did the Full Body Detox in March of this year (2008). I had plenty of energy, I lost that flim cough that comes from the mucus in my body from all of my bad habits. My stomach flattened and I lost 32 lbs in 21 days. I did not think that I could do it but I did and I will again after the 4th of July. I put back on 10 lbs because I lost focus for a minute but I will be back better than before. Thanks for sharing your knowledge of herbs with us. *
