I believe it did what I was looking to do—reset my desire for bad foods and get a jumpstart on my weight loss. The first 10 days I lost 9 pounds. the last 10 days I lost 1-2pounds. My eating stayed consistent and I barely worked out..maybe once. It only made me go to the bathroom 2x which was disappointing—so I had to make me a green juice every morning with kale, lemon, tumeric, ginger and cucumber which definitely had me going right after consumption. I had Corona which caused my hair to shed over the past 6months which left me devastated. Taking these pills plus my green drink cured my hair loss after 1 week. I will start the maintenance package and continue my green juice. *

The hardest part was keeping up with the pill's, if all five pills could be combined into on pill it would help out a lot. That way I would only have to take on pill every two to three hours. *

I'll be honest I was scared to start this cleanse. I thought I'd have to go to the bathroom uncontrollably but that wasn't the case at all. It's very manageable. I set a timer on my phone to take the pills (the pill container is so helpful). There is a high frequency of urination due to drinking a lot of water. I didn't take off from work and took most of the pills while at work. Never had an accident. Around the midpoint I noticed I released so much more waste than usual.. a volume I've never seen before.. I feel so clean.. I lost a total of 10 pounds. Yes the diet is challenging but it's worth it. I highly recommend this cleanse. *

I just ended the 20 day cleansed and it did me good, feel much better and healthier. Lost 10 kg and have less appetite. Learned a lot about good food and staying away form processed food. Very good for your body and mind. At first you will have to do some research about the good you can eat but gladly they have lots of recipes on the web to prepare. Good thing to do is make every day something else otherwise you will get tired of the same good, I enjoyed buying fresh food at the market. *

Taking the pills was hard.. but the results were amazing, I lost over 25 pounds of stubborn weight and it has stayed off! I love this cleanse and I highly recommend it! I really haven't found a better cleanse than this one! It really helped push me to a healthier lifestyle. My whole family has started this cleanse and the results have been great. *

The full body for me feeling more energetic and less tired. I love this product. Makes me wanna buy another one. I have posed 15 pounds. But I believe if I do another round I’ll look about 20 more. I’m almost at my target weight. In a few weeks I do plan on trying the product again. That’s the goal. *
