I think the Full Body Cleanse was great! Because I could only do a light workout, I only lost 17 lbs. I felt so much lighter and less gassy. The hardest part for me was the activated charcoal. I wish that it was in capsule form instead of powder. I'm sure there are reasons that it's not, but it was so difficult to mix, and it was very gritty although it had no taste. *

I felt better and lost about 10 pounds on the 20-day Full Body Cleanse. If you stick with it, it does work. *

My endocrinologist wanted to start me on meds for life right away. I declined the meds and asked her to allow me to find a natural way. Since the cleanse my TSH levels have returned within normal range. My hot flashes disappeared by Day 2 of the cleanse. By the end of the week my menstrual cycle returned. I'm not sure if I'm excited about that LOL! My only complaint is the number of capsules consumed for the detox. I understand it's the cleanse but with life keeping one busy, it's easy to forget to drink the recommended amount of water. This is so very important!!! My failure to drink the proper amount of water landed me with a rash down below. Otherwise I was happy with the Full Body Cleanse and will move on with the Maintenance Package.
