I loved this program. It wasn't as hard as I thought. Before the Full Body Cleanse I was eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. I would have chicken on my salads when I purchased a salad from a restaurant. I would eat fish from a restaurant maybe once a month. The Full Body Cleanse worked really good! I lost 23 pounds. I followed the recommendations in the guide book such as colonics, sauna use and exercising. The activated charcoal can get a little messy but other than that there was no complaints at all. I plan on doing this program again. It is a great start to jump into a lifestyle change. *
