I have done 10 day full body cleanse twice, so I decided to try the 20 day full body cleanse. I was able to lose up to 19lbs in 3 weeks. My energy level was amazing during the cleanse.I was able to have great workouts 6 days a week. The full body detox is amazing...my body needed it and responded so well to it. It cleansed more than i bargained for, and it was worth the 3 weeks it took. I will try to continue doing a cleanse every 3 months. *

I did the 20 day cleanse along with moderate exercise 3 days a week. I am happy to share that I lost 13 pounds! I've tried so many things to lose weight, but the 20 day cleanse is by far the best.
