I have done 10 day Full Body Cleanse twice, so I decided to try the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. I was able to lose up to 19lbs in 3 weeks. My energy level was amazing during the cleanse.I was able to have great workouts 6 days a week. The Full Body Cleanse is amazing...my body needed it and responded so well to it. It cleansed more than i bargained for, and it was worth the 3 weeks it took. I will try to continue doing a cleanse every 3 months. *

I did the 20 day cleanse along with moderate exercise 3 days a week. I am happy to share that I lost 13 pounds! I've tried so many things to lose weight, but the 20 day cleanse is by far the best. Although my main purpose for doing the cleanse was to lose weight, my body also felt really good from eating healthier, drinking more water, and getting good sleep. Prior to completing the 20 day cleanse, I used to get frequent headaches, but during the cleanse and these few weeks after, I've had no headaches at all.
