I have done the 10 day Full Body Cleanse twice, so I decided to try the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. I was able to lose up to 19 lbs in 3 weeks. My energy level was amazing during the cleanse. I was able to have great workouts 6 days a week. The Full Body Cleanse is amazing... My body needed it and responded so well to it. It cleansed more than I bargained for, and it was worth the 3 weeks it took. I will try to continue doing a cleanse every 3 months. *

I did the Full Body Cleanse along with moderate exercise 3 days a week. I am happy to share that I lost 13 pounds!
