I did the Full Body Cleanse and was fully committed to a vegetarian diet instead of the suggested raw diet for the first 3 weeks and I was TOTALLY in shock and amazed at how much energy and focus I had and I also lost a lot of weight too. I’ve done the Full Body Cleanse twice and each time it has worked amazingly well. I lost around ten pounds both times and really improved my attitude towards eating healthier foods and being active.
