This 20 day product really works. When I first purchased this product I decide to place a order for myself and husband. Once I completed my 20 days I've lost 30 pounds throughout the entire process. My husband started the process on December 12, 2016 and lost 30 pounds as well. If you haven't purchased this product please try it because it's well worth it. *

I have experimented with several body cleanse products over several years, and this one is definitely the best. Although the instructions suggest a totally raw diet, I did not follow that. My diet is already healthful and is mostly raw, but for breakfast I have a boiled egg, an apple, and some almonds and for dinner, I cook fish (poached in water with herbs) and steam broccoli and cauliflower. I eat salad and fruit for lunch. The fact that it was not a totally raw diet, did not seem to make a difference in the results. Both times I used the product, I experienced weight loss. Both times, I lost several pounds (the first time, it was close to 10 and the second time, it was about 6-7). On average, I exercise 29/30 days a month, so I am sure this helped with the weight loss. However, I think the supplement assisted with the process of my body more efficiently burning calories and helping it to "release" the weight. One challenge I discovered is that I had to be very "regimented" in using the cleanse, as it requires taking the capsules 5x/day every 2-3 hours. If you are used to taking supplements on a regular basis at specific times, following the formula for 20 days is do-able. I made sure to begin the first round early enough in the morning so that I would be completed with the cycle of all five before 8:00 p.m. Most of the time I took the capsules on an empty stomach. This did not affect me either way. My consumption of water increased ten-fold because of having to take the capsules so frequently. The first time I used the product, I followed the instructions and used distilled water. The second time, I did not and just used bottled water. The price seemed a bit steep when I first ordered it and I was skeptical about the claims in the advertising. However, because I got great results the first time, I ordered it again and it was well-worth the money. Overall, I feel much better like my system has really been cleansed. In between the two body cleanses, I also ordered the weight release supplements and was very satisfied with those results, too. I plan to continue using this product in the future on, possibly, an every 6 month basis. I'm glad I heard a quick advertisement for this on a radio station. *
