I completed my first FBC last September. The results were great! I experienced more energy, more restful sleep, my skin was more radiant, no more dry cracked heels, I felt clean from the inside out. No more feeling sluggish or bloated AND I lost 15lbs and have been able to keep it off. I love making fruit and vegetables smoothies each morning before work. My kids like them too. The cleanse gave me the much needed motivation to change my eating habits by focusing on healthier choices. I plan to do the cleanse twice a year. I feel like my 'young' self again.
