Not sure on how effective the cleanse was health wise, but I did feel better and lost weight--which initially is why I did the cleanse. It was VERY hard sticking to the diet. It might have been easier if I had time to try some of the recipes. Wish you had a better container for the charcoal--maybe a packet for each day. It is very fly away so hard to measure and it gets all over the measuring area so you're not sure of the measurements either. For people who have used the product before, you might save by giving a discount for not including the holder, because it can be reused. And for people who've ordered before there should be an automatic discount to give people the incentive to keep coming back. Overall I think it was good for me and helped me lose weight. Also, I was moving toward becoming a vegetarian, and it helped me get closer to becoming one. *

I was fully satisfied with the Full Body Cleanse. I lost 15 pounds and felt no side effects. I highly recommend this product and can't wait to cleanse again!!!! *

Works like a charm and great results. To maximize the good results it is important to follow the guidelines. In the first couple of days you may find it a little hard to give up your long learned toxic habit patterns but after that you will find it hard to go back to your old habits. Wow! I am currently doing my second 20 day cleanse. I love this whole body cleanse. I love the way it makes me feel, the support on the internet and being able to call, and the information the company provides on expectations! It is worth the money and beats buying the product over the counter and not having someone to talk to about the product. I thought I would have a problem with doing raw vegan foods, but again with the internet support, it is too easy. This is the best cleanse I have used to date. Thank you for a great product! *

My husband and I completed the Full Body Cleanse a little over a 2 years ago. I noticed he stopped snoring after 3 days of being on the cleanse. I had been dealing with a spot that had been on my back for over 4 years. I was told it was eczema by three doctors. Unfortunately the creams never worked. I noticed half way through the cleanse the spot was gone. It has been 2 years and it hasn't responded. I also lost about 10 lbs while my husband lost close to 20. My brother-in-law tried the cleanse and he lost 28 lbs. I absolutely love this cleanse. *

This cleanse did wonders for me. I stuck to the diet and took the capsules on schedule and I couldn't be happier with the results. Within 3 days I had completely broken my caffeine addiction (coffee), after 5 days my skin was glowing and all blemishes had cleared, the mental clarity gained is itself enough reason to get on board. It is a very strict regimen for the 20 days but you will thank me if you stick it out. I gained energy that I hadn't had since my 20s. At first the raw vegan diet is challenging but after the first week I got creative and found some great recipes and local restaurants to help me through the diet. I lost 8 lbs, and although losing weight was not a concern of mine, it felt great on top of all of the other benefits that I received. I continued to stay on a vegan diet after the cleanse for two months and then fell back into the trap of adding cheese to my meals and some ice cream here and there. I am ready to do the cleanse again and will routinely make it a twice a year priority. *

I wasn't sure that I could do the raw thing for three weeks, but I did and it made a big difference. The herbs were very easy to take and digest. The charcoal drink at night was more difficult to get used to, but it was worth it. I also ordered the detox tea, which is very good. BOY, I couldn't believe the stuff that came out of me! I've lost twenty pounds and my eating habits have completely changed. No more stopping at fast food places to eat. I always have some kind of fruit with me when I'm in my car and, of course, my water. There has been a noticeable change in the way I look and feel. I was skeptical about this cleanse at first but NOT ANY LONGER! I LOST 18 lbs and I feel wonderful!!! Don't listen to the naysayers. This cleanse works so much so, I ordered the Weight Release Cleanse and will be starting it tomorrow! Thank you Dherbs for waking me up! LOL #staywoke!! *

I have ordered the full body cleanse several times. Not sure but it seems that the formulation has weakened. I have not opened the pure pea protein yet but plan to this week. Thanks. *
