Let me tell you about the Full Body Cleanse product! Every time I need to get my life straight I turn to this product. It's tough for the first week, but after the initial weak you'll start to feel great, and you'll start to notice a difference in your energy level and overall health. I recently completed the Full Body Cleanse and saw great results inside and out. The first 5 days were tough, I felt like giving up, so glad that I didn't. I started preparing raw recipes from the Dherbs site which aided in my progress. It takes time to prep your meals but its so worth the work. My blood pressure remained in normal range without medication and I loss 24 pounds.......whoo hooo! I started this journey because I wanted to cleanse my body, colon and blood were top priorities. The cleanse changed my approach to food and has allowed me to make better food choices. I have continued to eat healthier, still consuming plenty of water, raw fruits, veggies and nuts. Although you have to commit to a strict raw diet, it's so worth it. I felt great after the Full Body Cleanse was over. Lighter, more energy. I slept better. I knew all the sugar and caffeine was out of my system. Lost 16lbs. I ate right but didn't exercise at all. I would do it all again. I know what to expect. Dherbs awesome products.
