I lost 30lbs on the Full Body Cleanse and had incorporated exercise. I had so much energy and felt great! I received a lot of compliments on my complexion and hairs nails looking healthy ! The only down side was having to take so many vitamins I just don't like taking pills so I would manage to get them down with my smoothies! It was worth it! *

I wasn't sure that I could do the raw thing for three weeks, but I did and it made a big difference. The herbs were very easy to take and digest. The charcoal drink at night was more difficult to get used to, but it was worth it. I also ordered the detox tea, which is very good. BOY, I couldn't believe the stuff that came out of me! I've lost twenty pounds and my eating habits have completely changed. No more stopping at fast food places to eat. I always have some kind of fruit with me when I'm in my car and, of course, my water. There has been a noticeable change in the way I look and feel. I'm a diabetic so I kept close watch on my blood sugars and my A1C level went from 8.4 to 6.2 in three months. I've already ordered another Full Body Cleanse for myself as well as a family member. The Full Body Cleanse did wonders for me. I stuck to the diet and took the capsules on schedule and I couldn't be happier with the results. Within 3 days I had completely broken my caffeine addiction (coffee), after 5 days my skin was glowing and all blemishes had cleared, the mental clarity gained is itself enough reason to get on board. It is a very strict regimen for the 20 days but you will thank me if you stick it out. I gained energy that I hadn't had since my 20s. At first the raw vegan diet is challenging but after the first week I got creative and found some great recipes and local restaurants to help me through the diet. I lost 8 lbs, and although losing weight was not a concern of mine, it felt great on top of all of the other benefits that I received. I continued to stay on a vegan diet after the cleanse for two months and then fell back into the trap of adding cheese to my meals and some ice cream here and there. I am ready to do the cleanse again and will routinely make it a twice a year priority. *

My husband and I completed the Full Body Cleanse a little over a 2 years ago. I noticed he stopped snoring after 3 days of being on the cleanse. I had been dealing with a spot that had been on my back for over 4 years. I was told it was eczema by three doctors. Unfortunately the creams never worked. I noticed half way through the cleanse the spot was gone. It has been 2 years and it hasn't responded. I also lost about 10 lbs while my husband lost close to 20. Wow! I am currently doing my second 20 day Full Body Cleanse. I love this whole body cleanse. I love the way it makes me feel, the support on the internet and being able to call, and the information the company provides on expectations! It is worth the money and beats buying the product over the counter and not having someone to talk to about the product. I thought I would have a problem with doing raw vegan foods, but again with the internet support, it is too easy. This is the best cleanse I have used to date. Thank you for a great product! *
