Reviews: Full Body Cleanse

I got my third 20 Day Full Body Cleanse last week and I will begin on Monday. My first cleanse helped with the elimination of meat along with my over compulsive intake of sweets. This time I'm adding the Sugar Formula for extra assistance with hope of eliminating sweets all together. The cleanse also aids with clarity of mind, allowing me to have a better center with self. When using the Full Body Cleanse my energy increases allowing me to workout more. I will add aquatics classes, and increase my walking on this journey. Let's get busy! *

Each January our church begins its 3 weeks fast and I'd promised myself that I'd also do the Full Body Cleanse simultaneously. I've lost over 10 lbs. and I am especially happy because most of the weight loss was at my waist-line. I've exercised at least 6 days per week for years now and have never been successful in getting rid of the belly fat UNTIL NOW. Did I mention that my waist-line handle bars are melting away as well. I tried the Full Body Cleanse 4 years ago and it was hard for me to eat raw the whole time but I still got great results. I LOVE IT! I USE THE FULL BODY CLEANSE TWICE A YEAR. I START IN MARCH FOR LENT FOR THE FIRST DETOX AFTER ALL THE WINTER GARBAGE U CONSUME AND THEN I DO THE SECOND CLEANSE IN SEPTEMBER AFTER ALL THE SUMMER GARBAGE. SO I WIN ALL THE WAY AROUND. *

I tried the 20 day Full Body Cleanse last August to lose weight for a class reunion. I lost 12 pounds in all and 1 full size going from a 9/10 to a 7/8. I felt great...I noticed a change in my clothing right away. I stuck with the plan for the most part but did eat some brown rice and steamed vegetables every now and then just because I wanted something warm to eat. I also ate regular dressing on my salads but very very little. I am sure I probably would have lost about 15 pounds had I followed the plan to the letter. It is now March 1 and I am about to do the cleanse again because I ate what I wanted for Thanksgiving and Christmas and everyday in between LOL so I gained a few pounds back. This time I am making a lifetime change. I am starting at 155 and my goal is 140! I do suggest this cleanse to anyone who wants to feel and look great...it really works. *

I think the Full Body Cleanse really worked! It was so hard sticking to the raw, vegan diet especially for a college student but I was pleased w/ the results. I will be doing the 10 day cleanse soon so I'll see what that does. *

I've done the 10 day express cleanse and the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. I literally lost 1lb per day! The first couple days are a little tough but once my body flips that "detox switch" I felt great - mind, body, & soul!
