I absolutely love the Full Body Cleanse. I started to feel more energized after the 2nd day. The raw fruits and vegetables were delicious, however got kind of boring. This time around, I'm ordering the E-book that gives you a different variety of foods, which I'm sure to receive better results. I usually have to take a drink to go to sleep but while completing the body cleanse, I fell to sleep with no problems. *

I lost 20 pounds during the Full Body Cleanse... PTL! The process was hard at first - giving up coffee, but I have been able to stick with a plan and have maintained my weight. I will be cleansing again in the next month. *

The Full Body Cleanse is very hard but worth the results. I would be more interested in a 10 day cleanse. 20 days is just too long. *

I'm on day 13 of the Full Body Cleanse, and I love this product. I have used so many types of cleansing kits over the years and this may be my favorite. It has been relatively gentle on my system. I have not had the screaming headaches that I normally get with other products. The raw diet has been a little bit of a challenge as I am so busy in my day to day life that I rarely have time for food prep, but I have been about 90% raw overall. So far, I have lost 5 pounds, and losing more daily. Looking forward to moving on to the next step from here. *
