This was my first cleanse. I read and read up on different types of cleanses and discovered DHerbs Full Body Cleanse. I read everything I could on the website about the cleanse including all the reviews. I was nervous to take this big step in my life as I am accustomed to eating whatever I want whenever I want. Pretty much no discipline or self control. Needless to say I was very apprehensive whether or not I could complete a 3 week cleanse. I started and completed the cleanse. It was and lived up all the claims. Surprisingly the first week and a half was smooth sailing. The last week and a half was tough. Not because of the product but because of me wanting to give into my desires. Nonetheless, I did it! I did not cheat (came close) but I was determined. The way the product made me feel helped me stay focus as well. My cravings for sugar decreased (which I did not think could ever happen). I felt lighter and more focused. My skin glowed. On top of that and although my goal was not to lose weight, I lost a decent amount. I felt good because I was doing good for my body. I will continue to do the cleanses for the rest of my life. My goal is to complete 2 per year. *

I have done the Full Body Cleanse before but this time I followed the dietary regimen closer, although not entirely and I released 10 or 11 pounds, which is probably all I really needed to release. I really enjoyed the Full Body Cleanse. I thought it was going to be hard for me to do raw veggies, nuts and fruit only for 20 days but it wasn't. Drinking water was so easy to do because it became a craving almost. The cleansing was not harsh. I was not hungry. I snacked on raw foods through out the day. I would advise anyone who are deciding to do this to make sure that fruits and veggies are in season because that made a big difference. I lost a total of 18 lbs. The Full Body Cleanse rejuvenated my whole body, I was able to actually sleep again and it also restored my energy.
