I lost 20lbs with the Full Body Cleanse. You really have to stick to the eating plan to maintain the weight loss and allow the product to be effective. The first 3 days were tough. The Full Body Cleanse worked well for me. However, I did not use the Activated Charcoal because it was too messy and I would have preferred that it was in capsule form. I did the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. I found this to be the most effective and as easy as could be. I was never hungry, because I ate raw fruits and vegetables with no limits. I no longer had urges to eat late at night. My energy level went way up, my sleep quality improved, and I lost some weight as well. I would do this cleanse again if the cost was not so much.
