I'm on Day 13 of my first cleanse and feeling great. I have energy without the caffeine, and that's coming from an avid coffee drinker! I've released 8 pounds so far, but my goal is to release the 50 pounds I've put on since I got married 2 years ago. So, I will be doing another full body cleanse to keep me track to releasing more weight. As well, I hope to expand my recipes to some different dishes and continue eating all natural. I am not one for dieting but over the past couple of years I’ve gained some weight. I tried the full body cleanse being skeptical but was surprised and very pleased with the results. The raw food diet took some getting used to but once I finished the cleanse I lost 15 lbs. I felt lighter and had more energy.
