I began the Full Body Cleanse and was very reluctant due to being on several different diet/detox programs in the past that didn't stand up to there reputations; not to mention the number of pills taken daily was intimidating as well. I made up in my mind that this is what I was going to do and I stuck with it for the full 20 days. My first week I was amazingly surprised to have lost 10 pounds in 7 days; I was convinced! I incorporated cardio of 1 hour a day and impressing I begin to feel lighter and dealing with insomnia for the past five years, I slept like a baby! This detox taught me will power and allowed me to acknowledge that I can do whatever my mind is put to do! I can honestly share that at the end of my 20 days I have lost 17 pounds and am down 1 dress size! I am now moving on to the Weight Release Cleanse! *

The Full Body Cleanse is an excellent product! I was not certain if I would be able to complete the cleanse, but I wanted to give it a try. I prepared myself ahead of time by incorporating more fresh fruits and veggies in my diet and less meat. In fact, I only ate grilled chicken or certain kinds of fish. I also began drinking more water than I normally would, also in preparation, then I began the cleanse. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I lost around 16 pounds and I had so much energy. Typically, I would struggle to get up at 6:30 am. However, while on the cleanse (and beyond), I woke up around 4am, feeling great, and with no thoughts of getting more sleep. Just in that little time, I have received wonderful comments on my weight loss and my skin. I will definitely re-order this product. *

It's time for Spring cleaning! Last Fall I detoxed for 20 days with the Full Body Cleanse and followed with the Maintenance program! Kept weight off, cholesterol levels and blood pressure down! *

My wife and I both completed the Full Body Cleanse. At the onset we both thought that it would be very difficult to complete. Initially it was, however around about the fourth day we began to adapt. I feel that it works best with a partner, that way you can keep each other focused, motivated, and honest. The result where great! Our goal was not to lose weight but rather adapt a healthier lifestyle which we have done. I did manage to lose 8 pounds and she lost close to 15. I feel that I have more energy throughout the day and am looking forward to continue a DHerbs regime. We are individually about to embark upon specific cleanses. I just finished the 20 day Full Body Cleanse and I feel great. I recently had a baby in January and I started the cleanse at 185 lbs and at the end of the cleanse I weighed 165 lbs. I couldn't believe I lost 20 lbs! I still have 30 more pounds to lose, but DHerbs has gotten me off to a great start. *

I was a little unsure about trying the Full Body Cleanse, but it was the best decision I ever made. The first day was a little hard because it is a big change food wise but after that it was fine. I lost 15lbs, and I feel great, life changing. My mom also did it at the same time as me and she lost 17lbs. I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend this product.
