After doing some research, I decided to do the cleanse. I couldn't convince my husband to do it but I was able to convince our daughter to do it with me. We started the 20 day cleanse on 8/18 weighing 249lbs and ended the cleanse on 9/4 weighing 233lbs, lost of 16lbs. I truly enjoyed the two twenty day full body cleanses that I have done in the past. The program was easy to follow with very detailed instructions and explanations.
