It's a great product. All you need is the discipline to stick to it and you will lose weight without doing anything, I mean literally not working out. Well it was an interesting journey for me. I only went from 196 to 188. My goal weight was supposed to be 135. I want to lose more. I will try the Full Body Cleanse again in two months. *
