This cleanse is VERY hard to do. Only raw fruits and veggies?! BUT I did it!!!!. Well.... for the most part. :) I steamed my veggies every now and then. BUT they were still just veggies. I had to get used taking 30 pills a day (and on schedule), BUT...I did it! I LOVE the odorless, tasteless charcoal and will continue to drink that every night if it's safe. I lost a total of 13 lbs in the process. I wasn't running to the bathroom to move my bowels; I had regular movements. I WAS running to the bathroom because of the amount of water I was drinking though. It was difficult for me to find the suggested alkaline water, but I was able to find distilled water very easy. It was easier to drink than regular tap or purified water for some reason. I only drank it at room temperature and it went down very smoothly. I learned of new salad dressings and herb mixes. I learned that iceberg lettuce has no nutritional value (who knew?). I felt great by day 4. I did have slight headaches the first couple of days, BUT I believe that was attributed to withdrawals from Diet cola :/ No more of those for me. I WILL probably do this cleanse only once a year (my Spring cleaning for my body). You MUST have the right mindset to accomplish this cleanse. If you can handle (600 pills in 20 days - coming from someone who takes no pills at all), that is your greatest battle. I have a NEW fondness of fruits and veggies. I missed certain foods while on this cleanse and kept saying that I couldn't wait to eat those things again. BUT after I lost 13 lbs, I didn't want to gain it all back so I still eat A LOT of fruits and veggies. *

Great product if you follow the instructions in the booklet. Lost 16 pounds and I feel great. It does cost money to purchase the items they recommend for the 20 day cleanse. Will definitely do this again. Went ahead and purchased the maintenance package. Hope to lose another 16 pounds. Thanks Dherbs! *

The cleanse worked for me, not only did I loose weight but my skin looked better and my normal aches and pains went away. The plan was easy to follow and fit in my daily routine. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to loose weight and feel better about themselves. Other things I noticed, my hair appeared thicker along with my nails not being as soft or brittle. My skin took on a brighter and clearer appearance also. *

It's great I felt the difference in my body. After doing different things I wouldn't feel the tingling in my hands in feet as much due my blood flow. I was having 2-4 bowel movements each day. *

The 20 day cleanse really helped to detoxify my body. I lost 12 pounds during this time. I had more energy & a more positive attitude around the 3rd day. I became more difficult for me to stay on track around the 12 th day. I'm not a smoothy person, & some raw vegetables i don't like the taste of however i do enjoy salads. Now that my cleanse if over, i still find myself eating more salads weekly. There are MANY pills to ingest, but it was well worth the time, effort and money. I'll do the 10 day cleanse in September. *

Cleanse went GREAT!!! My only issue was 30 pills a day. But I felt great and I still feel great after completing the cleanse. I will definitely do it again in the furute. It took away my cravings for sweets, I'm now 4 days out and I still done have the desire for sweets *
