This really works! Before starting the Full Body Cleanse, I was sluggish, eating way too much sugar, drinking too many sodas and feeling so tired and achy every morning. I had been working out and lost my motivation. I knew I needed something else to get me back on track and to break my soda cravings. I ordered this, kind of scared that I couldn't stick to it. I'm almost done, down 10 pounds so far (could have been more but I had to do a lot of traveling for my job this month and couldn't stick all the way). I am definitely going to do it again soon. The Full Body Cleanse works. You have to have the time to prepare your meals in order for it to work. The website and 1 800 number helped when you had questions. It also works better when you can get others in the house with you on board. It gets hard towards the end because it is hard to force all the pills down. I wish they could make it where you don't have to take so many pills at one time. The pills do have a nasty after taste to them. I did feel good while doing doing the cleanse. I am definitely going to do it again and have my husband also try it. *
