Product works good. Needed more time to use the product to understand the diet and its do and don'ts. Customer rep told me something entirely different and misused this product. Willing to give it another try. *

1 week on this full body cleanse and I'm yet to see any results. Initially I was 179 but this morning I weighed 180. I don't know what's going on. I get hungry and sleepy all the time. Can't even concentrate at work. Have difficulties sleeping at night. & yes I've been doing the raw food thing, nuts and lots of fruits. Kiwi and apples more often.I wish I could just lose some. #feelingdissapointed *

I would like to try the cleanse again in July when my schedule is less sporadic, and hope to have better results than I had this first time. I had hoped for much more elimination than occurred (similar to a previous 21-day cleanse that I did about three years ago). Nonetheless I will try again, as well as other products. *

Started the cleanse back in 2013, yet since I have difficulty in the amount of pills you have to take daily and the size of the pills, therefore I pretty much quit in the beginning. Now, three years later, I have a renewed mindset with the pills after hearing all the wonderful things that has happened for those closest to me. *

I can honestly say, the only thing I sort of received is a better night's rest. Nothing else really happened. I know I'm not as healthy as I could be so I'm confused and a little saddened that no results occurred. It maybe was too many pills at a time that got me. I'm unsure. But if it goes on sale maybe I'll try it again. *

The product is ok. I personally struggle with pills and those capsules are too big for me. It was a waste of money for me. I gave it to my mom who was only able to do a wk (other issues). I did three days and the rest is sitting around. I wish they were pills instead! Overall it does work. *

I found I had a difficult time sticking to the 20 day cleanse. I did not lose much weight, as I only lasted 13 days. For me, I found the 10 cleanse worked better. I was able to stick with the plan for that amount of time. My problem is I am 6'1 283 pounds and love to eat. To go from not eating many fruits and vegetables, to that being all I could eat was very tough. I did make the chili and hummus recipe. Again getting use to the food was very difficult. I did manage to lose 11 pounds so far on day 8 of the 10 day cleanse. I have spent $200 so far. I would love to try the 20 day cleanse again, but it is expensive. I felt that following the diet helped me more than anything. I'm diabetic and invested in the cleanse for both my wife and I with hopes of seeing massive changes in my levels. Whereas I followed the instructions from A-Z, I didn't see much change unfortunately. I think it's very pricey for the everyday consumer. Would love to give it another chance before saying it didn't help totally. I did lose a couple of inches as well as a few pounds. *

I believe the product worked well for cleaning the full body as advertised. However, I expected a better result in overall weight loss. I had very minimum weight loss. Thanks! *
