I think the first time around the Full Body Cleanse worked great--10 lbs. lost in one week. The second and third time around with 20 day plan with slightly less religious adherence to avoiding everything did not work. I'm plateaued and hoping to lose another 10 with stricter guidelines. The supplements make a huge difference. Tried it without them and it did not work as well. *

I did the Full Body Cleanse a couple months ago. Staying on a raw vegan diet was EXTREMELY difficult for me. The pills are not a big deal and drinking the charcoal I didn't mind at all. Awesome cleanse. It’s very hard but worth it. I lost 18 lbs. Down part if you don’t maintain a good diet you can gain some weight back but not all of it. It regulated my metabolism. I highly recommend the Full Body Cleanse. *

I completed the Full Body Cleanse a while back. I lost about 20 pounds, my cravings for "bad" foods diminished drastically and I noticed my thinking was clearer. The first 4-5 days were the hardest, but once I got past that phase, it became easier. I plan on doing the Full Body Cleanse again soon. *

The Full Body Cleanse was great, but be aware that you have to have a focused mind because it will take your diet to a complete all raw vegan diet. If you are not use to that kind of eating it is very hard. The only negative I have is that I got tired of taking 30 pills a day. *
