I think the 20 Full Body Cleanse is the best because it helped me to lose up to 20 pound, my blood pressure decrease to under 120, I gained a lot of energy, and it helped me focus on eating healthy food. I have a healthy cleaner face and body. I do more exercises, drink plenty of water, sleep much better, and eat more fruits and vegetables. *

I went into this open-minded, but was prepared for the worst. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have any withdrawal symptoms (I quit smoking, drinking and gave up caffeine) and really feel good. My husband says my skin looks good and for the first time in my life, I am able to eliminate every day (I battle IBS-C). The only negative I can say is that I struggled the last 3 days; eating cold, raw food every day, all day, I was hungry. Not actually hungry, because I was eating regularly, but I felt empty. This product was more than I had expected. It exceeded my expectations. I felt great thru the whole body cleanse, I suffer with constipation and with the Full Body Cleanse( FBC) for the total of 20 days, I had a bowel movement 2-3 times a day. Every recipe that I tried from the smoothies to the Vegan Tacos were delicious. I am excited that I tried the FBC and made it thru without any side effects. It was a pleasant experience. This product works wonders. Be sure to follow the instructions, drink lots of water, and work out if you can. The cleanse boosted my energy and regulated my digestive system. I am now sold! This will be my 3rd order. The weight stays off of you continue the healthy regimen and eliminate carbs, sugars and fatty foods. It’s ok to eat your favorites, in moderation… but don’t over indulge. Also, understand that you should detox your body seasonal -once you’re regulated. I am forever indebted to this product. *

Very good product, I would take it again.. Overall, it gave me tremendous energy. It took away my sluggishness and my tiredness that was embedded in my body, totally gone.
