This is a good cleanse because within the first week I saw a difference in my body. However I didn’t finish the course for one reason. I felt that like it was too much pills to take , 600 pills in 20 days I just couldn’t do it. Instead I started taking the colon cleanse and the charcoal at night and I continued eating the suggested way ( raw vegan) . I have lost not only pounds but inches and feels great. All that being said, I will recommend the Full Body Cleanse but with a WARNING about the amount of pills. *

IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO DO IT, BUT WHEN I DID, I LOVED THE RESULTS, MORE ENERGY, JUST TURNING 61 YEARS OLD, I MUST DO THE FULL BODY CLEANSE AGAIN !!!!! *
