This is a good product because within the first week I saw a difference in my body. However I didn’t finish the course for one reason. I felt that like it was too much pills to take , 600 pills in 20 days I just couldn’t do it. Instead I started taking the colon cleanse and the charcoal at night and I continued eating the suggested way ( raw vegan) . I have lost not only pounds but inches and feels great. All that being said, I will recommend this product but with a WARNING about the amount of pills . *

I am happy with the cleanse. Pills are very hard for me, would give it 5 star if they had the liquid version like they used to. *
