I have committed to do the Full Body Cleanse twice per year. This is my third round. I always feel better, cleaner, and I can tell the difference usually about four days in. This program tells you exactly what is expected if you follow the program. I eat what I want (within the guidelines of the program, and it helps to get to the personal goals I have set. I do not experience any side effects because everything is NATURAL. I recommend this cleanse to people that are experiencing health problems consistent with a bad diet. The Full Body Cleanse is one of the simplest ways I have found to lose weight and get detoxed at the same time. It is much less cumbersome than the weekly colonics I used to do in addition the tiring and time consuming daily workouts. However, I would not stop the workouts, as they do add to the weight loss. Admittedly I did not lose all the weight I desired because my focus was more on cleansing. Now I am far more motivated to stick with the dietary guidelines because my desire now is to lose 40 pounds over three months. I am certain the DHerbs will help me get a great head start in reaching my goal. I have friend who just lost 12 pounds and achieved this without exercise because she has severe vascular disease in her legs. Combining taking this product with exercise, I should a least be about to double her loss. I like the Full Body Cleanse but I love the weight release even more. I have lost at least 20 pounds on both. I love how it makes me feel good health wise and I honestly can say I will do it again in the near future. *
