The full body cleanse helped me mentally and physically which in turn allowed my emotional and spiritual self to align. I felt more energized and very clear headed. My skin cleared and is now smooth. I recommend everyone to try the full body cleanse at least twice a year. The full body cleanse was easy to follow with the daily eating regimen. I lost 16 lbs doing the full body cleanse. If you stick to the raw food diet and follow the full body cleanse instructions, your results will be off the charts! *

This is the second time I did this cleanse and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! It is super gentle. If you follow the directions you have no choice but to feel better and lose weight! I lost 15 lbs pretty quick, and it helped to get my poor eating habits under control. It occurred to me that red meat has been my biggest enemy, so I've about done away with that. Dairy also causes me more issues than I realized. And then I realized how much bread I was eating which didn't help my weight gain at all. Words of advice: Just follow the directions to a better you! *

This is my second time doing the fbc. The first time was a few years ago. Like before, I'm noticing that my body's clock is fine tuning. I go to bed early and I wake up early (before my alarm clock). It's hard to believe that there is so much waste in my body. I feel great and cannot wait until next week. I am on day four and my cravings are just about gone. From prior experience, I've gotten a nice glow to my skin and lots of compliments. I cannot wait for that feature to kick in. *

I had an awesome experience doing the cleanse and with the raw food diet. I wouldn't have done this if the recipes were not available. Eating a raw vegan diet was a pleasant break from cooking anything. I was not familiar with this way of eating so I relied heavily on the recipes from the site to learn how to prepare delicious meals. I didn't like taking 30 capsules each day for fear of indigestion but I figured it out and took them right at my meal and snack periods. My energy and long capacity had increased during exercise. No longer had soreness or inflammation in my body. My mind became more focused. I have been able to go to bed and sleep soundly. I did the additional suggested activities like soak in an herbal bath. That was pleasant and also was helpful with winding down. I like the results about how I look and feel. I will continue this way of eating but I will incorporate hot meals because I do enjoy them. *

This is the third time l have done the 20 day cleanse. Works well and I lost 14lb.s this time. *
