Reviews: Full Body Cleanse

The Full Body Cleanse does exactly what it advertises. It is ruff to get through the diet if you're not vegan but it is definitely worth it! About day 8 I felt like absolute crap, I was spacey, and semi feverish. After it wore off about 2 days later my energy went through the roof. I would wake up and feeling fully aware the moment I stepped out of bed when before I would be groggy and would need a hot rag to fully wake up. I did notice also towards the end of the cleanse my face broke out for about 5 days which I was aware could possibly happen. I am definitely gonna start cleansing once per quarter along with the tea's which are awesome as well! *

It was a lot of pills to take but the outcome was great...the only thing I did not like was the charcoal package. It was very messy. I will be trying the weight loss cleanse next. *

Cleanse made me feel good. A lot of pills to take daily hard to keep schedule. Didn't lose weight just inches. *

Maybe it was me, but I didn't have good bowel movements, as say with the colon cleanse. My system didn't feel as clean, even with 20 days of fruits and veggies. *

The cleanse overall was great. The 1st three days took some getting use to, with the 1st day being the worst withdrawal day. I didn't loose 20 lbs, but lost some lbs, and inches. Stomach feels less blotted and full. I would recommend the cleanse to others. It is a great kick start. I would love to see a follow up plan and recommendations of vitamin to take after the cleanse. *

The product works. I could still use some help in curving my taste for sweets. Any recommendations are welcomed. *
