I did my first regiment 4 wks ago, I did notice some positive changes with my body chemistry. I look forward to doing five more cycles as recommended, to see optimal results. I was due to have fibroid surgery on 12/23. I spoke with my doctor about my regiment, she agreed to do another camera insertion to check for significant fibroid shrinkage. It was a little abnormal eating raw vegetables and fruits for the first few day, but I soon got used to it.
