The cleanse was a great way to give my body a reboot. I was expecting to lose more weight than I did. I lost 9lbs and was hoping to lose 10-15lbs. *

I love the product. I buy this cleanse a couple of times a year. I was a little disappointed because on my last shipment, my #1 and #2 were short a couple of pills in each. I didn't know until the day before my last day because I couldn't tell there wasn't enough to take 5 pills for both times. *

I really like the way the cleanse made me feel. The hard part was giving up coffee and swallowing all the pills. *

This fast is very straight forward. It is a challenge to stick to the clean (vegan) eating. I recommend this cleanse for serious individuals willing to commit to the journey. *

I took the cleanse back in the February 2022 time frame. I take this full body cleanse annually around the same time but for whatever this year I don't feel I got the same results as the years past. I followed the instructions whole heartily. I'm not sure what happened but I didn't feel like I got as good of results as I've seen in the past. *

Definitely have to be committed to completing the 20 days. Despite only eating fruits and raw vegetables, my body wasn't hungry. Not being able to have simple dishes like oatmeal for breakfast or grilled chicken for dinner was frustrating. I wanted to stop by day 3 but hung in there, by day 18 I was so over it.....but I stuck it out, whew! After the first week I began to feel a flatter abdomen. Mentally this was the most challenging task I've completed since military boot camp. *

I love this cleanse and how it makes me look and feel. This was my third time doing it. The first two times, I went at it alone. This time, I had a crew of 5 with me. In total, we lost 73lbs. I would have given 5 stars, but the pills are a bit much. If only there were a way to minimize the amount that has to be taken. Otherwise, I love it and highly recommend it! *
