I completed the Detox (Full Body Detox) January 2009. And I'm doing again 2010. The program did help not only with my weight, but I also saw a difference in my skin and my hair. Before the Full Body Detox I also had terrible headaches, but my headaches stopped after the cleanse. I recommend this highly! *
