This really works! Before starting the Full Body Cleanse, I was sluggish, eating way too much sugar, drinking too many sodas and feeling so tired and achy every morning. I had been working out and lost my motivation. I knew I needed something else to get me back on track and to break my soda cravings. I ordered this, kind of scared that I couldn't stick to it. I'm almost done, down 10 pounds so far (could have been more but I had to do a lot of traveling for my job this month and couldn't stick all the way). I am definitely going to do it again soon.
