This really works! Before starting the Full Body Cleanse, I was sluggish, eating way too much sugar, drinking too many sodas and feeling so tired and achy every morning. I had been working out and lost my motivation. I knew I needed something else to get me back on track and to break my soda cravings. I ordered this, kind of scared that I couldn't stick to it. I'm almost done, down 10 pounds so far (could have been more but I had to do a lot of traveling for my job this month and couldn't stick all the way). I am definitely going to do it again soon. I recommend it, however, I suggest anyone go to YouTube and watch the videos so you know WHAT to expect. *

20 days cleanse worked very well. I was very satisfied with my results. I lost 20lbs and my energy level went thru the roof after my 3rd day on the program. This is my 3rd time doing the cleanse I have done the program once a year for the last 3 years. Like I said I'm very satisfied with the program. *
