I was able to lose about 15 pounds on the Full Body Cleanse. I was never hungry. The only problem I had was taking so many pills. I would most definitely purchase this cleanse again. *

I absolutely love the Full Body Cleanse! I try to do one at least once every year to reset. What I love most is how I feel after I've cleansed. My mind is clear, my sleep is AMAZING, and I have tons of energy. Depending on how bad my eating habits have been leading up to the cleanse, I typically drop 5-10 lbs. *

The Full Body Cleanse worked as I had expected. I do it every quarter along with working out and cycling. It's cheaper than hiring a personal trainer. After the first few days, the cravings go away, as your mind tells you 'you gotta have it' but you don't. When you try it, just stick with it, increase the salad and fruit intake along with nuts and you'll do just fine. *

I like the Full Body Cleanse because it got me to drink more water - you have to take capsules every 2-3 hrs. I started to have much more energy. I wasn’t running to the restroom every hour like with another product I've tried. I lost 14lbs but I still need to lose another 30lbs or so. My doctor was happy with my progress but I also wanted to see the difference when I wasn’t on the cleanse - I haven’t gained any of the weight back. But I can see that my stomach is bloated from the different foods I have slowly brought back into my diet and I'm starting to feel sluggish. I’m going to purchase the Full Body Cleanse again until I reach my goal. I will do the maintenance program as well. *
