I would like to continue a cleanse for the rest of my life, but I guess this is a temporary fix for me. The first few days, I felt a lightness in my body from having so many impurities removed. To be honest, the hardest thing was eating raw foods. I'm not used to eating like that constantly, but I tried it. I would like to do this cleanse again in 30 days.
