At first, I was not sure if this would work. I heard Steve Harvey speak about this so many times. Seeing Anthalena Patrice Martin transformation sold me. I purchased the product, but needed to make sure I had everything needed to complete the program. I needed to transform my thinking, because meat would be out the picture. Meat was all we ate. I am a week away from completing my 20 days. I am down 10 pounds and a few more to go. *

The Full Body Cleanse worked awesome for me the first time I used it I've lost 22 lbs and I felt amazing. I was full of energy and I didn't incorporate any exercises but this time around ordering it again and I will have a workout plan so I can loose more than 22 lbs. I'm ready to restart to a healthy lifestyle and feel great, this product is amazing and it really works ! it does the things it said it will do for you. *

Today, 5/31/2023, is my last day of the Full Body Cleanse. It was a long road, who knew 20 days could be so challenging? When I began on 5/12/23, I was nervous. I am a travel nurse and during my assignment in NOLA (New Orleans, WHODAT nation) I ate a lot of foods I shouldn't eat because of course the food was so good! I started suffering from swelling and my migraines became worse. I also woke up every morning with a headache; I was living off NSAIDS like Tylenol and Motrin for relief. My stomach issues were classic textbook symptoms, and I felt polluted on the inside, not to mention sluggish and tired. I suffer from hypothyroidism and take Synthroid daily for it. Unfortunately, my PCM prescribed Amlodipine, 5mg for hypertension. I knew I had to draw the line after that, one pill of artificial medication was too much, and I couldn't add another. Additionally, my MD placed me on cholesterol medication, so I said no more. During my last assignment in Virginia, I started eating differently and joined the hospital's gym. I arrived in VA weighing 179 lbs and I stand a striking 5'3" off the ground. My poor knees were suffering as were my lower back and other joints. I also noticed the vision I saw in the mirror was not what I wanted to see. Just by changing my eating habits, I arrived home after 26 weeks down 10 lbs to 169. The cleanse was my way to jumpstart a new lifestyle for myself since I am approaching 56 years young! In the military, I was able to sustain a decent weight because of all the physical training, when you retire, no one is pushing you, so you have to push yourself. The cleanse was a way to stick to a regimen like I did on active duty. I made it with one error, my husband fixed a sweet potato for me on day 18 which I ate. (sigh) Fortunately, I only ate one meal a day which was a salad and ate raw fruits and veggies, nuts, and made a healthy drink in the am for breakfast the rest of the time. I drank a lot of water but that is normal for me; I drink a gallon a day. I didn't take any of my medications and my blood pressure is steady at 108-118/72-78. I currently weigh 157 lbs! I haven't been below 160 in approximately 11 years! I lost 12 lbs and I am working out steadily and easily to keep it going. thank you so much Dherbs for this cleanse. I will be cleansing quarterly now and also adding in other cleanses where I see fit. My stomach issues are null and void! I feel so clean inside and I have a lot more energy and less brain fog. The FBC was a great introduction to my new relationship with food. I was already a Pescatarian, but the cleanse helped me to appreciate homemade salad dressing which is so much better than store bought. It also made me more aware of the food labels and reading the ingredients after the cleanse. The supplements helped to curb my appetite as well! I have started utilizing the recipes offered on this site and must say that they don't disappoint! My husband and I did the cleanse together. He stopped after 9 days. He lost a total of 13lbs by Day 5. I was so jealous! I had only lost 4lbs. Prior to the cleanse, I was in Perimenopause and my TSH levels were very high. My Endocrinologist wanted to start me on meds for life right away. I declined the meds and asked her to allow me to find a natural way. Since the cleanse my TSH levels have returned within normal range. My hot flashes disappeared by Day 2 of the cleanse. By the end of the week my menstrual cycle returned. I'm not sure if I'm excited about that LOL! My only complaint is the number of capsules consumed for the detox. I understand it's the cleanse but with life keeping one busy, it's easy to forget to drink the recommended amount of water. THIS IS SO VERY IMPORTANT!!! My failure to drink the proper amount of water landed me with a rash down below. Otherwise I was happy with the FBC and will move on with the Maintenance Package. I highly recommend this product! The 20 Day Full Body Cleanse was amazing, I lost 7 Lbs. I ate all raw foods. Three meals a day. I could see a difference in my sleep pattern, skin and overall health. Taking 30 pills a day was challenging but I was able to finish. I'm trying the 20 Day Female Cleanse next. *
