Ive ordered these at least twice and in the last 2 years my hair has grown 6 inches. I'm natural and I do not use a lot of heat on my hair. I'm certain these vitamins have helped. Also, I've noticed when on this regimen, my face breaks out less and my nails grow faster. I'm 40 years old, so I was certain that my hair would not grown as quickly. I've also combined these with the Full Body Cleanse. *

The Hair Skin & Nails product works, I have noticed great improvement with my skin. I have very little pimples/acne problems. My nails are stronger and grow very fast. I have noticed my hair has grown, not sure on the length but approximately 2 to 3 inches. I am very pleased with the product and looking forward to better results. *
