This tea is very light and flavorful. It definitely helped with my low iron levels. I drink this along with the cardiovascular tea and they really compliment each other very well. Reduced the coldness and numb tingle I feel from time to time. I did notice that this particular tea needs to sit in hot water a little bit longer than some of the others teas. I will definitely buy again! *

During the cold months I keep this tea on hand. My extremities (fingers and toes) would get extremely cold. I'd be feeling like I was fine and all of a sudden they'd start to feel numb. Most of the time I wouldn't even be aware because the rest of my body wouldn't even feel like it was that cold. I mentioned it to a friend and they suggested I take a multivitamin with iron.
