The Maintenance Package was amazing and I recommend using right after the 10 day cleanse or the Full Body Cleanse. This allowed me to maintain my weight and continue to eat healthy as I did while on the cleanse. I also was able to use this with cooked foods and in turns, I have become a pescatarian and love it.
