  This is a really good 10 day cleanse if you can stay consistent but I did much better with the 20 day full body cleanse. I still have stuff leftover from this. It works, just not for me. *

When I finished I decided that I would start the the Maintenance Package to maintain the weight that I had an additional 10 pounds while using the Maintenance Package. Both of the products are great!
