This product was amazing and I recommend using right after the 10 day cleanse or the Full Body Cleanse. This allowed me to maintain my weight and continue to eat healthy as I did while on the cleanse. I also was able to use this with cooked foods and in turns, I have become a pescatarian and love it. Dherbs has not done me wrong to date and I will continue to use the product. *

I like it but the full body cleanse is better. I was able to control my appetite and lose some weight. The product was easy to take and follow the regiment.
