While the Male Cleanse diet was similar to the FBC, the results were very different. Although I lost more weight, the men's detox was a different experience. Writing this review is difficult because the total effects are hard to explain; I guess because the Male Cleanse targets specifically male organs. To sum things up, I have more energy and I feel great from a masculine standpoint. Overall, it was a great experience. *

The Male Cleanse is great, I noticed a difference in a week of using it, from my energy level to my sleep it was more sound and not restless, I'm going on my second week stronger than ever I would highly recommend the men's detox to all men and have already done so. *

I took the Male Cleanse and all it really did for me was that I lost 12 lbs that I didn’t need to lose. While on the cleanse I could feel some sort of activity in my groin area but after the 3 weeks of the cleanse the only thing that had happened was that I lost 12lbs. *
