The Weight Release Cleanse and Regimen is the only thing that really helped me in seeing great result in losing weight and inches especially around my thighs and hips and stomach. I purchased the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen two years ago. When I started this cleanse I was 178lbs. I prepared my meals, eating only fruits and veggies. I had salads for lunch, smoothies for breakfast. I didn't follow the requirements to the T. I had cooked meals for dinner and didn't eat everything raw. After 10 days I didn't follow through but wish I did because I lost 13 lbs. and I have not gained over 165 lbs since then! (even while back at my old unhealthy routine).
