I am working on my 3rd week of the weight release cleanse and so far, I am completely satisfied. I've released a lot of waste and I have not had any desire to drink pop or candy as I used to a long time ago. *

I absolutely loved the Weight Release Cleanse ! My energy was great leaving me with a feeling of well being. I noticed also that I began doing more physical exercise which did help in added weight release. I tried the weight loss cleanse and it worked wonders for me. My skin cleared up. I lost about 15 pounds. My appetite for unhealthy foods has significantly decreased. I now try to eat at least 70-80% raw foods. The percentage will get higher as I move on to other products. I am trying the weight loss kit next to help me increase and maintain the weight loss I experienced with the 3 week detox. *

When performed properly the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen helped to curb my appetite. It also promoted frequent bowel movements. Overall I released 20lbs. *

I gave 4 stars because I was not happy about the capsules. The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen was not difficult and I lost 24 pounds in 20 days. I did go to the bathroom in the morning and at night. I want to do it again but cannot afford it. *

While I personally released more weight and achieved better hunger/craving control using the 20 Full Body Cleanse, I did release 15 lbs on the 20 day Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen. However, there's something in the Weight Release Formula that made my nails grow like crazy! During the cleanse I had to maintain my fingernails weekly. They were long and strong! *

I used the Weight Release Cleanse a few weeks after completing the Full Body Cleanse. While I lost weight on the Full Body Cleanse, I found that I lost more body fat rather than weight during the weight release, which is still a huge plus. The hardest part of the weight release cleanse was the bowel motion. I workout around 5 in the morning, and there were times I would have to stop and run to the restroom or if I'm driving I'd have to pull over at a gas station. There is NO holding it til you get home with this supplement, so I had plan to be near a bathroom during early morning hours. Otherwise, I highly recommend this product and would definitely do it again. *
