Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect, but I read and Re-read the booklet, I planned my meals, and took the capsules every two hours. I am very happy with my results in losing 22 lbs. Let me re-word that. I'm very happy I successfully Released 22 lbs with the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen. Probably could have been more but I wasn't able to exercise with the program. I definitely recommend Dherbs. *

The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen was great, this was my second cleanse that I did. There are a lot of pills. I lost weight. I would do it again.The only complaint I have is the amount of pills there are to take everyday. I enjoyed the 10 day cleanse more, and I believe I lost more weight during that time. I lost a total of about 12 lbs and it was easy to keep the weight off. Dherbs has really helped me to keep the weight off with their recipes from online. *

Completed the weight release cleanse over the course of 20 days. I had recently completed the Full Body Cleanse prior. During this cleanse, I lost 5lbs and saw a slight reduction in cellulite. *

I did the "Full Body Cleanse" and LOVED IT!! I felt awesome after that cleanse so I thought I would try the "Weight Release Cleanse". I didn't experience any great benefits on the Weight Release Cleanse. I felt that for me it was just "ok". No real weight loss, etc. Every person's body is different, it didn't work for me but it may work for you. *

I enjoyed the weight release cleanse, and I did it following the Full Body Cleanse. I had a general positive, healthy and light feeling throughout. However, next time I will stick with Full Body Cleanse, as I think I just enjoyed it better. I also enjoyed it more because I did not have much of an appetite, which made the clean eating easier and more satisfying. *
