Hello, the weight release was effective in curbing my appetite and my sweet tooth issues. I encouraged my daughter to also start using them and she likes them as well. I need to focus more on my eating patterns and what I am eating. Once I do this, I believe that I will see more weight loss. My loss so far has been 7 pounds, I am now on my second bottle.
