Just like many people, when COVID hit, I spent a majority of my time at home simply eating and working from home and gained A LOT of weight. I started eating better and working out, which helped me be more active, but the scale would show a daily/weekly influx of 5-7lbs, and of course I still had my large stomach and thighs despite dropping 17lbs previously.
