I've been using the weight release tea now for 3 years and it helps to keep me regular. Since it contains Stevia leaf, no sweetener is needed. The other thing I love about this tea is I'm able to make two 8-ounce glasses with one tea bag. This tea is a staple in my household and comes in handy after I've eaten a heavy meal.
